Amcor Rigid Packaging in Franklin, Indiana, seeks an experienced maintenance leader to manage and improve injection mold production equipment and support systems. You will lead the maintenance team, drive productivity, ensure safety, and align with plant budgets.

The role requires seven years of industrial maintenance experience, hands-on injection molding expertise (prefer Husky), and strong leadership and troubleshooting abilities for a high-production environment.

• Seven years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hand-on experience with injection molding, preferably Husky machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage injection mold maintenance team and develop staff.
• Provide technical input to improve productivity and product quality.
• Prioritize maintenance function and coordinate with the Blow Mold Maintenance Manager.
