Job summary

Amcor Limited in Franklin, Indiana is seeking a skilled maintenance leader responsible for the care, repair, installation and improvement of injection mold production equipment and support systems at the plant.

You will manage the injection maintenance team, set priorities with the maintenance manager, monitor expenditures, and ensure safety, GMP and food-safety standards are followed while driving productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seven years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding, preferably Husky machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of high production machinery.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install and improve injection mold production equipment and support systems.
• Lead and develop the injection maintenance team.
• Set priorities and coordinate with the Blow Mold Maintenance Manager.
• Manage expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Ensure safety, GMP and food safety standards compliance.
• Participate in the Injection Point Team.
