Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience with managing people or projects is required (4+ years).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime; perform root-cause analysis.
