Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a packaging industry facility in Dayton, NJ. You will ensure equipment reliability, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and minimize downtime while driving plant performance.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in industrial automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding, with proven leadership and Lean/continuous improvement experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management and 10+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Injection molding background is a must.
• Strong knowledge of automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and injection molding.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, plant safety, preventive maintenance and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs and target reduced downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize plant performance.
• Oversee maintenance KPIs, budgets, contractors and resources.
