Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Equipment knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Dependable with a solid work history and accountability.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills and acceptable around grease, oils, and solvents.
• Able to work in a production setting and recognize sounds/alarms.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines.
• Investigate equipment issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and scrap reduction.
• Communicate production priority changes to the MM team and share technical information.
• Coordinate training and administrative tasks within the department.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure a safe working environment.
• Motivate team to identify improvements to uptime and reliability.
