Amcor LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee injection molding equipment on a shift. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety and PM schedules are followed.

You will collaborate with production and vendors to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of injection molding maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary equipment
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform repairs
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
• Train and mentor technicians and ensure compliance with safety policies
• Collaborate with external vendors and manage spare parts as needed
