Job summary

S&B USA Construction in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a senior pursuit lead to drive large-scale infrastructure opportunities. You will coordinate pre-construction, design, and estimating teams to develop compelling proposals and win new work.

The role requires 10+ years in alternative delivery, success on $500M+ projects, and fluency with DB/CMGC/P3 methods. Travel as needed; your relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors will be critical.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in alternative delivery infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($500M+).
• Experience with DB, CMGC, Progressive DB and P3 delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of design development, estimating, and construction methods.
• Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of HCSS and civil field experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.
• Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents.
• Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.
• Oversee project risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.
• Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.
