Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a senior infrastructure leader to drive pursuit, development, and delivery of major projects across the east coast. The role requires orchestrating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams and managing contracts with owners and partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in alternative delivery projects, a track record on $500M+ ventures, and strong scheduling and relationships with clients, vendors, and DOTs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).
• Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.
• Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.
• Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for projects.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pursuit effort for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating pre-construction, design, and estimating teams.
• Develop and submit technical and price proposal documents.
• Manage project contracts with owners, design, and construction partners.
• Oversee project risks and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, developers, stakeholders, and design consultants to ensure project success.
• Actively participate in meetings with owners, developers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage project pursuit development, resource planning, and budgeting.
