S&B USA Construction seeks a seasoned Head of Development to lead and grow its Concessions business in the US. Based in Pittsburgh or DC, you will drive bid strategy, coordinate documentation, and manage key client and partner relationships to secure P3 transactions.

The role requires 10+ years in infrastructure finance, strong drafting and negotiation abilities, and the ability to navigate complex contracting structures across roads, rail, airports, and energy projects.

Formación

• Ten+ years of experience in infrastructure, transportation, procurement, and public/private finance.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Experience identifying, developing and securing P3 transactions across US market.

Responsabilidades

• Lead bid development activities for US P3 opportunities.
• Review and negotiate concession, design/construction, financing, and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate internal approvals with risk and investment committees.
• Prepare board materials and internal presentations for legal/commercial activities.
• Liaise with clients, partners, financiers and advisors on opportunities.
