Job summary

S&B USA Construction seeks a Senior Infrastructure Delivery Lead to guide pursuits and delivery of major east coast projects, including DB, CMGC and P3 programs.

You will lead preconstruction, design and estimating teams, manage contracts, risks and client relationships, and work with cross-functional partners to ensure program success across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in alternative delivery projects with increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects ($500M+).
• Experience with Alternative Delivery methods such as DB, CMGC, Progressive DB, and P3.
• Strong understanding of design development, construction estimating, and construction methods.
• Experience with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of HCSS and civil project field experience.
• Ability to travel as needed for projects.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience with state DOTs is highly valuable.
