Job summary

Klaviyo seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive infrastructure initiatives across engineering. You will coordinate across cloud, FinOps, build systems, migrations, and security operations, keeping multiple workstreams moving and aligned with leadership priorities.

You will use a proactive, AI-aware approach to improve automation, reporting, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring delivery against roadmaps and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts across multiple engineering teams.
• Fluency with tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Own rollout of infrastructure initiatives across engineering.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent efforts with clear prioritization and status visibility.
• Hold teams accountable and escalate when needed.
• Develop a way to provide program health reporting for leadership.
• Partner with Infrastructure and engineering leadership on planning and prioritization.
