Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Lead for Developer Infrastructure to empower engineers to ship code efficiently and safely. You will define the technical roadmap for the software pipeline, enabling every engineer to deploy with confidence and speed.

You will drive architectural vision, standardized metrics, and scalable tooling, while advancing AI-driven strategies to shorten feedback loops and improve reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership on complex projects.
• Hands-on lead who stays close to code while guiding the vision.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Full-stack design across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities

• Define Architectural Vision for CI/CD pipelines and frameworks across backend/frontend stacks.
• Own end-to-end deployment pipelines from code commit to production.
• Set engineering standards for repositories, PRs, cycle time and code quality metrics.
• Design scalable tooling to bring all teams and repos up to best-in-class standards at scale.
• Lead AI initiatives within the CI/CD lifecycle and accelerate development efforts.
• Consult feature teams to solve complex engineering challenges and improve velocity.
• Oversee health and performance of the CI/CD environment.
