Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Dallas is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects for financial services clients, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk across multi-disciplinary real estate programs.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence 2-3 days per week and frequent client interface. You will coordinate resources, prepare budgets, develop schedules, and drive project governance to ensure delivery against objectives.

Qualifications

• BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience in project management and construction procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and related administrative tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be on site regularly during project duration.
• Ability to analyze sophisticated information, organize and prioritize work, meeting multiple deadlines and addressing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements; prepares scope of work, budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes; conduct RFPs, bid analysis, and interviews; recommend resources.
• Implement communication plans for meetings, reports and minutes; ensure data integrity and governance; facilitate project meetings.
• Supervise progress against goals, budgets and timelines; report status and variances; craft action plans.
• Implement change management routines; assess change requests, secure approvals, and issue change orders.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans; implement actions to reduce risks.
• Other duties as assigned.
