Qualifications

• Experience managing complex procurement engagements in infrastructure like land, leases, power, colocation or fiber.
• Ability to translate supplier engagements into executable purchasing and payment plans.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Finance, and suppliers to improve contracts.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tooling to automate processes.
• Proven track record reducing risk and increasing throughput.

Responsibilities

• Drive engagements from intake to final payments and closeout.
• Identify gaps in scope, deliverables, and payment terms and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with business owners, sourcing, Legal, and Finance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure payment readiness.
• Design and implement workflow automation and AI agent solutions.
• Ensure governance and compliance across procurement activities.
