Qualifications
- 12+ years of legal experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
- JD and CA license to practice.
- Experience in-house and at a top-tier law firm.
- Expertise negotiating infrastructure and hardware agreements.
- Experience with global supply chains and cross-border deals.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial legal strategy and risk management for OpenAI infrastructure transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex infrastructure agreements with suppliers and partners.
- Support partnerships involving AI infrastructure and hardware supply chains.
- Develop frameworks for procurement, licensing, and collaboration across the ecosystem.
- Partner with finance and operations to align terms with business and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with policy/regulatory teams on global supply chain issues and export controls.
