Qualifications

• Experience driving complex procurement from intake to closeout in infrastructure deals.
• Ability to assess scope, deliverables, and payment terms across engagements.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Finance, and sourcing teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and contract management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned engagements from intake and agreement execution through purchasing and closeout.
• Assess readiness, identify gaps, and drive resolution with partners.
• Resolve dependencies and present risks and execution tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate obligation records and coordinate payments and invoices.
• Establish procurement standards and playbooks adopted across teams.
• Design and manage workflow automation and AI agents with proper controls.
