Job summary

ClearpointCo is seeking a Lead Analyst, Infrastructure Operations to drive technology deployments across a growing portfolio of commercial properties. You will lead onsite deployments, configure enterprise networks, and coordinate with vendors and construction teams to deliver projects on time.

The role requires expertise in networking, security, and smart building systems, with significant travel to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or related roles.
Experience supporting distributed, multi-site environments.
Hands-on networking, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, switching, redundancy/failover.
Experience with BAS/BMS, access control, CCTV, IoT, and property systems.
Understanding OT/IT cybersecurity principles and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite technology deployments for new properties, acquisitions and upgrades.
Configure, support, and troubleshoot enterprise networks and site connectivity.
Coordinate with construction teams, ISPs, vendors, and partners for project delivery.
Support smart building technologies including BAS/BMS and CCTV systems.
Apply cybersecurity best practices including network segmentation and hardening.
Review drawings and documentation to ensure standards compliance.
Monitor performance, investigate issues, and drive resolution.
Maintain network documentation and asset inventories.
Serve as senior technical resource for field deployments and escalations.
