Job summary

ClearpointCo is seeking a Lead Analyst, Infrastructure Operations to drive technology deployments across a growing portfolio of commercial properties. You will lead onsite deployments, configure enterprise networks, and coordinate with vendors and construction teams to deliver projects on time.

The role requires expertise in networking, security, and smart building systems, with significant travel to domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or related roles.
• Experience supporting distributed, multi-site environments.
• Hands-on networking, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, switching, redundancy/failover.
• Experience with BAS/BMS, access control, CCTV, IoT, and property systems.
• Understanding OT/IT cybersecurity principles and risk management.

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Analyst, Infrastructure Operations to support technology deployments across a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This highly visible, hands-on role will focus on implementing and supporting network infrastructure, cybersecurity, building technologies, and smart property systems across new developments, acquisitions, and existing properties.

This position requires extensive travel (50-75%), including both domestic and international project sites. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate, property management, construction, or multi-site environments are strongly preferred, BUT will take candidates that come other industries as long as you come from a Global or Enterprise level environment and willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onsite technology deployments for new properties, acquisitions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot enterprise networks, wireless environments, firewalls, VPNs, and site connectivity.
• Coordinate with construction teams, ISPs, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support smart building technologies including BAS/BMS, access control, CCTV, IoT devices, and physical security systems.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices, including network segmentation, vulnerability remediation, secure remote access, and infrastructure hardening.
• Review technical drawings, infrastructure plans, and project documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and implementation records.
• Serve as a senior technical resource for field deployments, escalations, and complex infrastructure challenges.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, enterprise networking, operational technology (OT), or related technical roles.
• Experience supporting distributed environments, multi-site operations, commercial properties, construction projects, or large-scale technology deployments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, wireless technologies, firewalls, VPNs, switching, and redundancy/failover solutions.
• Experience supporting building technologies such as BAS/BMS, access control, CCTV, and connected property systems.
• Understanding of OT/IT cybersecurity principles, risk management, and infrastructure security best practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, service providers, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve operational efficiency, troubleshooting, and technology delivery.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Construction Technology, or Smart Building experience.
• CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or similar networking certifications.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Jira, Smartsheet, or related project management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additional Information

• Based in Houston, TX with significant travel requirements.
• Domestic and international travel up to 75%.
• Occasional after-hours support for critical deployments and escalations.
• Work may include construction sites, outdoor environments, and PPE-required locations.
