Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking an Infrastructure Deployment Manager to guide complex technology rollouts enabling next-generation computing and processing capabilities. You will work with engineering, operations, and deployment teams to scale cutting-edge infrastructure.

In this role you will drive automation, define rollout procedures, and ensure quality across geographically distributed sites, while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven background directing complex technology environment rollouts involving high-volume equipment and facility-based systems.
• Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary engineering and technical operations teams.
• Strong understanding of modern compute platforms, enterprise server hardware, networking, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Background enhancing operational workflows and introducing automated solutions across sophisticated technology environments.
• Demonstrated success overseeing several technical initiatives simultaneously while ensuring reliable and consistent execution.
• Skilled at overseeing initiatives, maintaining structure, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Ability to make informed decisions in fast paced, rapidly evolving environments.
• Experience supporting GPU clusters, high performance computing environments, infrastructure automation, or large scale cloud deployments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of complex technology infrastructure rollouts across geographically distributed sites.
• Guide multidisciplinary groups through equipment setup, platform configuration, performance testing, and operational handoff.
• Develop scalable deployment processes that improve operational efficiency while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Oversee project schedules, resource planning, and execution milestones to support aggressive infrastructure expansion goals.
• Develop consistent rollout procedures, reference materials, and execution guidelines for teams supporting implementation efforts.
• Drive automation initiatives that streamline infrastructure provisioning, testing, and operational handoff.
• Collaborate across technical, operational, procurement, and external partner groups to address implementation issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Define and monitor quality validation procedures to ensure infrastructure meets performance and reliability expectations before production release.
• Mentor engineers and technical specialists while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify operational risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
