Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT infrastructure experience in commercial property or construction sectors.
• Experience managing projects or vendors across multiple time zones and regulatory environments.
• Practical experience with AI tooling to improve efficiency.
• Significant experience in enterprise network/telecom infrastructure supporting distributed environments.
• Experience supporting construction projects or multi-site environments with renovations and transitions.
• Strong vendor coordination and commercial evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage global/vendor technology partners for property automation, networking, security, and infrastructure.
• Establish vendor relationships and ensure third-party providers meet technical, operational, and commercial expectations.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for third-party services; negotiate enterprise-wide agreements for global scale.
• Evaluate proposals, licensing models, and service offerings; select optimal options.
• Create technical design guidelines for architects and contractors during development or retrofit phases.
• Own design, validation, and enforcement of property network and infrastructure standards (wireless, firewalls, site connectivity).
• Incorporate security and risk considerations in infrastructure architecture (firewalls, redundancy, failover, secure remote admin).
• Act as technical lead among Technology, Management Services, Engineering and Construction teams.
