Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in infrastructure engineering with compute, virtualization, and storage ownership.
• Hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise-scale compute and virtualization environments.
• Experience migrating on-prem to AWS.
• Experience with enterprise storage and data protection.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code and automation experience (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Git).
• Ability to design reusable automation modules and patterns.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and hybrid data center/cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across compute, storage, networking, Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.
• Reduce operational toil through automation and IT process improvements.
• Define IaC standards and promote best practices.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of AI-enabled tooling for infrastructure operations.
• Partner with multiple teams to design end-to-end solutions across data center and cloud.
• Participate in incident response, disaster recovery planning, and on-call rotations.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through reviews and knowledge sharing.
