Qualifications

• Must have strong expertise in Layer 2/3 networking and data center architectures.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and multi-vendor platforms.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with observability tools: Grafana, Splunk, SolarWinds.
• Hands-on automation with Python and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers across networking, storage, compute, and virtualization.
• Manage workload and priorities with input from Scrum Master and stakeholders.
• Ensure datacenter infrastructure reliability, performance, and availability.
• Oversee incidents, drive RCA, and implement continuous improvement.
• Define roadmaps, standardize infrastructure, and evaluate new technologies.
