Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Infrastructure Project Lead to manage mechanical, electrical, fire protection and related systems within a large health care campus. You will coordinate between Maintenance Operations, Facilities Planning, Facilities Design and Construction, and Energy to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include leading design reviews, cost estimates, site inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes, infection control measures,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead with engineering designers and construction firms to ensure infrastructure projects align with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Review project documents from design to construction to ensure deliverables meet standards and budget.
• Work with Facilities management to develop conceptual mechanical/electrical designs, perform system analysis and cost estimates for feasibility decisions.
• Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects and develop feasible, cost-effective solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead multiple projects with a team, perform daily inspections of job sites, and verify compliance with scope, design specifications, building codes, and safety measures.
