Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master's preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Engineering (CCE) eligible; PMP preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible Clinical Engineering/Healthcare Technology Management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary medical technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment planning, evaluation, acquisition, implementation, and lifecycle management.
• Proven project-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor technical professionals in project-management practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory, accreditation, safety, and quality management requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Clinical Engineering project portfolio and processes, including intake, prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Develops scalable, risk-based project-management approaches for diverse initiatives.
• Maintains visibility of active and planned projects; creates dashboards and performance reports.
• Assigns personnel and resources based on expertise, workload, and priorities.
• Provides coaching and guidance on project-management practices across the team.
• Supports equipment evaluation, acquisition, implementation, and lifecycle decisions.
• Ensures documentation, records, and lessons learned meet quality management standards.
• Supervises personnel and develops their performance and development plans.
• Collaborates with clinical departments, HTM, IT, Facilities, Supply Chain, and vendors.
