Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Engineering to lead the project-management program across the organization. You will standardize processes, dashboards, and governance to support medical technology initiatives and lifecycle management.

You will supervise Clinical Engineering staff, coordinate with HTM, clinical departments, IT, and finance, and drive portfolio performance, risk management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• Must be eligible for Certification in Clinical Engineering (CCE).
• PMP and/or CCE certifications preferred.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible Clinical Engineering or Healthcare Technology Management experience.
• Experience supervising or leading projects or teams.

Mansioni

• Manage the Clinical Engineering project portfolio and standardized PM processes.
• Coordinate with clinical departments, HTM, IT, Finance, and vendors on project delivery.
• Develop schedules, dashboards, milestones, risks, and portfolio reports.
• Provide PM coaching and mentorship to Clinical Engineering staff.
• Lead complex, high-impact projects and develop a capable project-management workforce.
