Job summary

AF Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer II to manage secure, highly available computing platforms, servers, and networks. You will install, upgrade, and optimize the operating environment, monitor performance, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.
• 5 years IT experience in multi-site environments; insurance industry preferred.
• Certification or progress toward certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups on processes, standards and best practices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade server OS, networks, and related hardware.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support as needed.
• Plan and test disaster recovery and high availability.
• Mentor and assist less experienced staff.
