Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience and continuous learning encouraged.
• 5 years of IT experience in a multi-site, multi-platform environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical leader or mentor for operations staff.
• Lead groups/committees on processes and best practices.
• Plan for replacement of obsolete resources and hardware.
• Coordinate initial installations and reinstallation of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of system testing and analysis and security policies.
• Provide on-call support and 24x7 incident response as needed.
