Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to maintain, support, and improve a global infrastructure platform spanning on‑premises and cloud. You will ensure stability, performance, and security across servers, storage, networking, virtualization, backup and monitoring systems, working under the Regional Infrastructure Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, networking, or cloud operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, and enterprise management platforms.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud systems (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd-line technical support and incident resolution.
• Maintain on-prem and cloud server environments; patching, hardening, lifecycle management.
• Manage AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and OU structures.
• Support hybrid identity, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance baselines.
• Deploy and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Perform server builds, patching, software deployment, and baseline enforcement.
• Support backup and disaster recovery functions.
• Assist with Azure VMs, storage, VNets, and ASR configurations.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud onboarding.
• Create and maintain infrastructure docs, diagrams, and CM records.
