Job summary

SLR International Corporation, a global consultancy, seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance the global infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will manage Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and modern backup/DR and monitoring, ensuring stability, security, and performance across regional offices and datacenters.

Qualifications

Essential professional IT support and infrastructure experience across servers, storage, networking, and cloud operations.
Hands-on with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and enterprise management.
Familiar with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure).
Experience with patching, monitoring, backup/DR, and incident/change management.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd-line technical support and incident resolution across global infrastructure.
Maintain on‑prem and cloud server environments, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
Manage Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and OU structures; support hybrid identity.
Deploy and troubleshoot virtualization platforms and backup/DR solutions.
Monitor Azure resources, identify security posture, and optimize costs and performance.
Contribute to standardisation, project delivery, and cross‑site infrastructure upgrades.
