Job summary

Helient Systems is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise IT solutions for clients, leveraging on‑prem and cloud technologies. You will work closely with customers, ensure environments are secure, available, and aligned with best practices, and handle complex issues across virtualization, storage, networking, and end-user computing.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Proficient in Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and PKI technologies.
• Hands-on with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV).
• Experience with Citrix VAD and Remote Desktop Services.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and on-prem storage.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise systems for Helient customers.
• Lead technical discussions with prospects and guide architectural decisions.
• Develop designs, implementation plans, and transition to operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
