Associated Bank is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, automate, and support private cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations. You will collaborate with application and technology teams, serving as a technical resource and mentor for engineers.

You will lead automation of deployment pipelines, strengthen resilience, and drive performance improvements while guiding architectural direction and best practices across infrastructure teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 8+ years with VMware portfolio including VCF, SRM, vSAN, NSX, HCX.
• 5+ years Terraform IaC, CI/CD, configuration management (Ansible), GitHub Actions, container solutions.
• 5+ years PowerShell, HashiCorp HCL, RESTful APIs, YAML/JSON, PowerCLI.

Mansioni

• Design and automate private cloud infrastructure to support reliable applications.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, infrastructure, and communication issues and identify root causes.
• Automate testing, configuration, release, and deployment with IaC and DevOps practices.
• Monitor capacity, availability, and performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain inventories, network diagrams, documentation, and system records.
• Collaborate with service providers and teams to resolve issues and strengthen solutions.
• Support Business Resilience with disaster recovery docs and testing.
• Coach and mentor engineers and shape technology direction.
