Job summary

Luster National, Inc. is seeking Construction Managers to support large-scale heavy-civil infrastructure programs in New Jersey and nearby regions.

You will oversee field construction, coordinate multiple subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and monitor progress against plans and budgets. This posting is for future roles; applications are collected in advance and talent pool candidates are notified first when project needs arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years' experience in managing large, complex, heavy-civil infrastructure projects (>$500M).
• Experience overseeing construction on behalf of an owner or agency, including contractor performance monitoring and change order review.
• Knowledge of construction contract administration, submittals, RFIs, inspection and quality documentation on publicly funded projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, eBuilder, Procore, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction-phase leadership from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee field execution to ensure compliance with plans, specs, codes, and contract requirements.
• Monitor schedule, scope, budget, and risk for multiple task orders.
• Manage submittal, RFI, and change order processes with timely resolutions.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate safety and quality assurance teams.
