Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in Seattle seeks a seasoned construction project manager to monitor and enforce compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental requirements across water and wastewater facilities.

You will lead daily field inspections, coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies, and drive change management, scheduling, and cost control while guiding junior staff and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S. or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PE Licensure and/or CCM or able to obtain one within the first year
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in construction/project management in the water/wastewater industry. Experience should include day to day project management, supervising project inspections, project documentation, change management, estimating, scheduling, and claim mitigation

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction compliance with contract documents and safety regulations and environmental documents.
• Perform daily field inspection of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with various contractors, entities, clients, and regulatory agencies to enforce compliance.
• Identify non‑compliant work and take corrective action to bring back into compliance.
• Report critical issues/delays and document construction equipment, personnel, and activities.
• Occasionally manage office staff responsible for records, correspondence, and reporting.
