Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior contract manager in the United States to lead management teams across large projects and accounts, partnering with account leadership to understand client needs and priorities. You will mentor staff on multiple projects, and take accountability for commercial risk management with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 yrs. relevant experience as a contract manager.
• Proven team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts.
• Collaborate with account leadership to understand client needs and priorities.
• Develop staff across projects and accounts and support performance management activities.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial risks and issues with leadership for the best outcomes.
• Engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, and support contract drafting with sales teams.
• Maintain client-facing relationships and build trusted client counterparts.
• Lead and collaborate as a team player, with persuasive communication.
• Communicate effectively with executives and non-executives.
• Work FLEXIBLY: remote, onsite at client, or in an Accenture office or center.
