Job summary

Accenture Construct in Redmond, WA seeks a Construction Manager to oversee field inspections, enforce compliance with contract documents, safety and environmental standards, and coordinate with contractors, clients and regulators to keep programs on track.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or related field, PE/ CCM or ability to obtain within the first year, and 5–8+ years of water/wastewater project management experience.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• PE or CCM licensure or ability to obtain within the first year.
• 5–8+ years’ experience in construction/project management in water/wastewater.

Responsibilities

• You’ll monitor, coordinate, and enforce construction compliance with contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental documents.
• You’ll perform daily field inspection of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• You’ll monitor, coordinate and enforce construction compliance with contract documents and safety regulations and communicate with contractors, clients, regulators.
• You’ll identify non-compliant work and take appropriate action to bring back into compliance.
• You’ll report critical issues and monitor all construction equipment, personnel, and activities.
• You’ll occasionally manage office staff responsible for record keeping and reporting.
• You’ll monitor contractor performance, schedule and constructability of design plans, and manage payments.
• You’ll ensure safety requirements and regulations are met for public and project personnel.
• You’ll note changes on final plans and perform constructability reviews.
