Job summary

The Cigna Group in Morris Plains, NJ seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor to support systems engineering lifecycle activities for large hybrid Splunk and Cribl deployments. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, operations, and documentation.

Responsibilities cover troubleshooting, project work for improvements, mentoring staff, and partnering with product leadership to execute initiatives on a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field plus 3 years in call center production support in PBM domain; Bachelor’s with 5+ years accepted.
• Experience with large-scale Splunk environments including Cloud/Enterprise deployment and data onboarding.
• Familiarity with Cribl Stream/Cribl Edge and telemetry management.
• Proficiency in IaC and AWS security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across enterprise logging.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, services, and governance.
• Mentor customers and staff requiring technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Agile Program and Product Management to plan and execute large initiatives.
• Work in a hybrid schedule.
