Job summary
The Cigna Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor with deep IBM CICS expertise to lead design, engineering, and evolution of enterprise mainframe solutions. You will provide technical leadership across large initiatives, build resilient CICS environments, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable systems.

- 10+ years of CICS Systems Programming experience in enterprise mainframe environments.
- Advanced knowledge of CICS architecture, internals, administration, and performance tuning.

- Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of complex CICS infrastructure solutions that support enterprise business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale mainframe initiatives, guiding projects from strategy through execution.
- Build, support, and continuously improve highly available CICS environments across the enterprise.
- Partner with application development teams and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
