Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Technology Management or related field with 3 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with supporting, operating, and managing large-scale Splunk environments.
• Splunk Cloud and enterprise deployment, configuration, and administration.
• Splunk architecture including Indexing, Search Head Clustering, and data onboarding.
• SPL, data onboarding using Universal Forwarders; HTTP Event Collector (HEC).
• Leading troubleshooting and performance improvements; enterprise monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, onboard data, and assist with searches, dashboards, reports, and knowledge objects.
• Devise solutions and adapt new technologies to improve Splunk, Cribl, and cloud operations.
• Support lifecycle activities for large, hybrid Splunk/Cribl deployments, including design, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Lead troubleshooting to identify root causes across the logging environment.
• Drive projects for continuous improvement of products, services, and governance.
• Mentor customers and staff requiring technical assistance.
• Collaborate with Agile Program and Product Management to plan and execute large initiatives.
