Reddit is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team responsible for Reliability, Performance, and Efficiency across a unified tech stack in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Client Engineers to translate business needs into reliable, low-latency solutions, and own end-to-end delivery from design through observability. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions using A/B experiments and robust backend services.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience building internet-scale software, preferably with a focus on storage infrastructure.
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages: Golang, Python, C++, Java.
• Experience with essential cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, IC/CD, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience implementing features, optimizations, and bug fixes to distributed messaging systems.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, data science, ML, and product.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
