Reddit, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to own end-to-end architecture for high-impact initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, low-latency solutions across GraphQL, REST, and gRPC APIs.

You will design, build, and optimize distributed messaging, authentication, and identity services while mentoring teammates and deploying modern tooling. This role emphasizes reliability, performance, and developer velocity.

Competenze

• Experience building internet-scale software, preferably distributed systems infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, Java or similar languages.
• Experience with essential cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on experience improving distributed messaging systems and APIs.
• Excellent communication across engineering, data science, and product teams.

• Partner with product, design, data science, and client engineers to translate needs into reliable tech solutions.
• Own the full software lifecycle for major initiatives from design to rollout and observability.
• Design and evaluate data-informed experiments using analytics tools.
