Reddit, Inc. is seeking a senior infrastructure lead to drive high-impact projects across authentication, identity, messaging, and deployment.

You will own architecture, API design, implementation, testing, rollout, and observability while mentoring teammates and partnering with product teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years building internet-scale software, strong command of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and distributed messaging, plus a CS background or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience building internet-scale software.
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (Golang, Python, C++, Java).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and distributed messaging systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and a CS degree or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects and build scalable, performant systems for authentication, authorization, identity, messaging, compute, and deployment.
• Own software delivery from architecture and API design through implementation, testing, rollout, and observability, while mentoring teammates.
