Reddit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Infrastructure Engineering to join a remote US team. You will partner with product, design, data science, and client engineers to translate needs into reliable, low-latency solutions.
You’ll own the full software lifecycle for major initiatives, from technical design and API contracts to deployment and observability. You will design experiments, analyze user behavior with tools like BigQuery or Firebase, and builds scalable APIs and distributed
Qualificações
- 5+ years of experience building internet-scale software.
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, C++, or Java.
- Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with distributed messaging systems and APIs.
Responsabilidades
- Cross-functional product architecture with PM, design, data science, and client engineers.
- Own end-to-end delivery from design to rollout and observability.
- Design and evaluate experiments using data tools for decisions.
- Build scalable APIs (GraphQL/REST/gRPC) and backend services.
- Mentor teammates and improve engineering workflows.
