Reddit, Inc. seeks a senior infrastructure engineer to drive high-impact projects for authentication, authorization, and identity at internet scale.

You will collaborate across engineering and product teams, delivering design, implementation, rollout, and observability while mentoring other contributors. Applicants should have 5+ years building internet-scale software and experience with distributed messaging systems and cloud infrastructure such as Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS or GCP.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience building internet-scale software.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS or GCP).
• Degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field; proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact infrastructure projects end-to-end from design to rollout and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, performant systems.
• Mentor other technical contributors to raise the team's capabilities.
