Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Infra Electrical Operations & Maintenance Manager to ensure reliable, safe power distribution for 24/7 fab operations. You will lead maintenance programs (PM, PdM), develop SOPs, and drive zero-outage practices while coordinating with Facilities, Manufacturing and EHS.

The role requires a senior electrical engineer with strong leadership, CMMS/ETAP/SKM experience, and a deep knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E standards to prevent outages and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in electrical/electronics engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 11+ years in electrical O&M in heavy industry; fab or data center preferred.
• CMRP or PMP certifications are a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and auditing of maintenance processes and schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance windows with Manufacturing and Equipment teams.
• Own reliability and RCA for electrical outages and incidents.
• Develop SOPs and risk assessments for switching and repairs.
• Manage vendors and service contracts for facility assets.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in RC&M best practices.
• Drive lifecycle replacement planning to mitigate failures.
• Conduct site audits and NEC-compliant safety reviews.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Manufacturing, and EHS to balance uptime and safety.
