Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking an Infrastructure Electrical O&M Manager to ensure reliable power distribution and 24/7 manufacturing operations. The role oversees PM/PdM programs, safety compliance, and SOP improvements to maximize uptime and minimize single points of failure.

The position requires extensive electrical O&M experience in a heavy industrial or fab environment, with strong leadership and analytical skills to sustain zero-outage operations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering.
• 11+ years in electrical O&M in heavy industrial settings.
• CMRP or PMP certification is a plus.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and auditing of maintenance processes and schedules.
• Coordinate planned maintenance windows with Manufacturing teams.
• Own reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments for operations.
• Manage vendors and technicians to OEM specs.
• Lead RCA processes for outages and implement permanent fixes.
• Identify aging infrastructure and plan lifecycle replacements.
• Perform site audits and thermography/power quality checks.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Manufacturing, and EHS during production cycles.
