Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join the growing US operation. You will be the primary local IT contact, delivering hands‑on support to legal professionals while aligning technology services with business needs.

In this role you will manage Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, oversee office technology projects, and partner with senior leadership to shape the technology function across the United States.

Qualifications

• Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with onboarding, hardware deployment, and office expansion initiatives.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
