Ladders is seeking a Principal Information Systems Project Manager to lead complex IT programs for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. You will drive integrated project execution, align resources, and ensure delivery against schedule, budget, and technical requirements.

This remote role is US-based, requiring strong leadership across cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined PM practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project leadership experience.
• Experience leading information systems initiatives across functional areas.
• Ability to work independently under general direction.
• Strong communication with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility information systems projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop integrated project execution plans and allocate resources.
