Job summary

Our client Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Systems Program Manager to guide a portfolio of enterprise initiatives, aligning with organizational priorities and improving cross-functional collaboration. This remote role supports US-based teams and requires governance discipline, stakeholder partnership, and vendor coordination to deliver program outcomes.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive alignment, manage risks, and keep programs moving forward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and IT systems.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle and structured software implementation standards.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, Workday, Salesforce and Jira; project certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives and projects aligned to organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project status, budgets, and risks with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure governance processes and enterprise architecture standards are followed.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts to support program outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement in systems and program management practices.
