Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in systems administration, endpoint management, identity management, or IT operations.
Experience with Windows, Mac, databases, storage, security, networking, and public clouds.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, Entra ID, and MFA.
Experience with Okta and endpoint security configurations.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Biotech startup or biopharmaceutical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for IT, providing hands-on end-user support.
Lead complex technical initiatives and drive projects.
Advise Director of IT Operations on tooling, standards, and vendor issues.
Administer and optimize cloud-based enterprise tech including endpoint, identity, and security.
Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID environments with CA policies.
Manage identity via Okta and MFA to protect Treeline systems.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.
Collaborate with engineers and MSPs across departments and countries.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base per ITSM processes.
Work with local/remote teams and vendors to improve IT solutions.
