Job summary

Intellias is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Infor HR Talent (HCM) to deliver consulting services for GHR and TA. You will translate business needs into system designs, support discovery, and assist with scope calls, webinars, and pre-sales demonstrations.

This remote role emphasizes ERP/HCM expertise across multiple industries, with nationwide travel up to 25%. Join a fast-paced, client-facing team delivering best practices and value across our projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Candidate must have 1–3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in an HR Operations role or providing HCM application consulting services.
• ERP experience with specific expertise in HCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with and contribute to a project team environment
• Design, develop, modify, and/or test software needed to support Infor HR Talent (GHR/HCM) business processes of customers
• Provide system analysis, application setup and design, testing plan development and execution, report design, data conversion and interface mapping, enabling customers to use CloudSuite HCM to replace or enhance their existing HR systems
• Translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs
• Act as the HCM subject matter expert for applications to support Project Manager, technical resources, and other members of project team
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and existing customer base
